Alternatively, you can have PDO threads as a scaffold for your own body to build collagen in this area. You would need a few treatments to achieve good results. Depending on your desired outcome, you actually could benefit from revision liposuction using ultrasonic (VASER) and Renuvion skin tightening. You should have dramatic improvement with this. Of course, with liposuction there is no muscle tightening performed. Best to have a virtual or in person consultation to discuss options of course.
