Hello! This looks to me like it is a branch of the dorsal nasal artery or vein, and it is a part of the normal anatomy of your face. In my experience, IPL or vascular lasers do not work great for vessels of this size, but would not necessarily be dangerous to try. I would definitely NOT recommend attempting any type of sclerosant or injection to this area, as the vessels around the nose can connect to vessels in your eyes, and this would put you at risk for injury to the tissues of the nose…

Looking at your pictures it looks like you have some under eye fullness (“bag”) but also have moderate skin laxity. I think fractional ablative CO2 laser resurfacing to tighten the skin under your eyes would give you a cosmetic benefit. Lastly, it is hard to tell over photos, but some of your under eye puffiness (especially in the malar festoon region) looks like edema that can be related to allergies. So if you do have allergies, optimizing your symptom control could have a cosmetic benefit…

It is possible to use dermal filler to fill out and “plump” nipples after a free nipple graft. Using your own fat as filler in the form of fat grafting to the nipple, or even a small piece of tissue from your skin (a rolled dermal graft) are also options to augment the flattened appearance of a nipple after free nipple grafting.
