I would suggest that a starch iodine test be done to be identify the areas that are still sweating. I am sorry you had trouble gaining full anesthesia during your treatment. Yes, the epinephrine is a major component in the success of anesthesia. Epinephrine constricts the blood vessels which prevents the anesthesia from dissipating too quickly. In other words, epinephrine maintains numbing longer.
