Botox usually wears off in about 3 months. However, given the strength of your forehead muscle (the frontalis) by your photo, and the fact that you received a very low dose of 7 units in your forehead, it will likely wear off sooner than 3 months. It barely looks like you had anything done, because you did not receive a dose that would completely relax the muscle causing the wrinkles. So you will see a return of that muscle...

The only muscle in the face that elevates the eyebrows is the forehead muscle (the frontalis), and if this has been relaxed completely by your Botox injections then your eyebrows will feel heavy and be lower. There is nothing to do to reverse this but wait for the Botox to wear off in 3- 4 months. The only thing that may help at this point, is to relax the muscles that naturally pull your eyebrows downward. The muscles in between your eyebrow (the glabella)...

Sometimes after the injection of any filler the skin can develop redness from broken blood vessels in the area. This is especially common in the nasolabial fold area. If you can press your finger down on the red lines and they seem to blanche and then refill as you lift your finger off of them, then it is most likely vascular ( broken blood vessel). This can be treated with BBL (broad band light), IPL or a 1064nm YAG laser....

Yes, it will go away after 3-4 months. This does not mean you will get a drooping eye next time. Typically, it is caused by the incorrect placement of Botox.
