Thank you for your question, it does appear you have a prolapse. This can be fixed, but you need a full work up. Do you leak urin with coughing or sneezing? There are several other questions that need answered. You should be seen by a urogynocologist to discuss options.

BBL will darken any sun damaged spots and bring to the surface. You will have a coffee ground appearance and it will last 5-7 days. Do not pick at these areas, the skin will flake on its own. Keep a good moisturizer, I like the TNS essential serum by SkinMedica to help with healing. Each time you get a BBl treatment you will have less and less dark spots come to the surface and you will be left with great skin. Yes the pigment will improve…

From the photos I see, I don’t think your lips look that bad. I do see what you mean about your top lip. It may have been filled to much in the vermillion boarder. Hylenex should dissolve the filler, and does keep working for up to 14 days. You could wait a few weeks after dissolving and then have filler added to the body of your upper lip, just a little may help even things out.

After Botox is injected it is important not to rub or massage the area, this can cause the product to migrate. However, touching the area one time by accident should not cause any issues. Droopy eyelids are caused by injecting to close to the brow or to much Botox injected. I hope this helps! Remember Botox can take up to 10 days befor you see results.

Filler will dissolve over time, the only other way you can get rid of it is to be injected with hyaluronidase to dissolve the filler. You can try massaging the area however, if it has been a few weeks since you were injected, this may not work.

Low molecular fillers are split into smaller fragments and form a more thin gel type substance and do not attract or absorb as much water. Every state has different laws regarding who can run a laser and the type of laser. If your aesthetician has been properly trained, you should not have a problem. Some states only allow a nurse, nurse practitioner or physician assistant to run a laser. Do not be afraid to ask questions, after all it is your body. Look at reviews, ask friends who have had laser done who they went to.
