What you have between your eyebrows is what we refer to as a glabella crease or wrinkle. This is simply fixed with Botox injections. You can most likely find a plastic surgeon or dermatologist to properly treat you and this is a very successful and treatable problem. I hope this helps and good luck.

From looking at your photo which is not a straight ahead view, and thus less than ideal to comment on, it wouldn’t appear that you have a right upper eyelid ptosis which can be simply addressed with ptosis surgery. Without properly measuring you I would not be able to comment on the canthal angles. My recommendation would be to seek and oculoplastic surgeon for diagnosis and repair. The difference in the left eye versus the right eye in the photo is a simple ptosis. In order to fix this droopy left lid you’re looking at a ptosis surgery. This type of surgery is relatively simple. To properly address the possible causes of this is way beyond the comprehension of this forum and my recommendation to you would be to see an oculoplastic surgeon to properly diagnose the cause. I routinely perform this… Being an oculoplastic surgeon, I have a very intimate knowledge of the eye anatomy, and as such, have performed hundreds of these procedures. Please exercise caution with who you have perform this, because I have also repaired countless mis-placed fat transfer attempts in this area. It is a very delicate area and the fat MUST be placed in the correct surgical planes. Hope this helps!!!!

First off, I would challenge the ‘calcium deposits’ and most likely venture to guess these were syringomas. As such, using an energy pencil to burn them off is the correct treatment and this must be done aggressively as these have high rates of recurrence. The scars should improve with time. If it is still unsightly you may to consider a cosmetic lower eyelid procedure in the future to remove the excess skin and fat pockets. This may also help the unsightly scars, if any, that may persist….

You had an asymmetrical result from the fat injection, due to the fact that more fat ‘survived’ on one side versus the other side. The simple solution should have been a touch-up procedure with fat, because the fat should be a permanent solution. The reasoning behind putting a dissolvable filler to fix the asymmetry is flawed, because after the filler wears off you will still have an asymmetry. In this instance, I would recommend a 2nd opinion. Now, having said that, you will need to most likely give yourself at least another month for healing. I’m not sure I support the statement that stress has affected your healing, but sometimes the mind can interact with your body in strange ways… Ask your friends who they recommend and it never hurts to seek out other opinions.Good luck!!!!
