Your general size will most likely stay close to where it is now, however, you may see some shape change as the implants “drop” into the pockets. This occurs to a variable degree. Final shape can be expected at around 3 months post op. Best wishes.

Swelling can be significant immediately after liposuction. I tell my patients that it takes a good 3 weeks for major swelling and bruising to resolve. About half the final result is appreciated at that point. It takes a good 3 months to appreciate the final results. Follow up with your plastic surgeon and best wishes.

Unfortunately exercise will not produce any tightening of your loose skin. A tummy tuck would be required to produce an optimal result. The scar, although long, can be placed in a low position so that it is concealed by a bikini or small underwear. It is best to wait until you are finished having children before having a tummy tuck to avoid re-stretching skin and the abdominal wall. This is,however, a personal decision if you feel it could be many years before you expect to have children …

I fully agree with the recommendation of your surgeon to get the best result. You have extreme ptosis and breast asymmetry and a staged procedure with bilateral lift with a small right breast reduction, followed by a second procedure for implant placement will give you the best shape and symmetry. During the first week after a tummy tuck it is expected that you will not stand up straight .However, at the two week mark, you should be able to stand up straight. Often you don’t due to discomfort, but its important to try to avoid developing back pain. Review this with your plastic surgeon.

This is a frequent concern of patients undergoing breast augmentation. The amount of space between the breasts will depend on every patients individual anatomy. If there is very minimal breast tissue toward the medial part of the chest there is a higher likelihood of a wider space between the augmented breasts.
