What would be the best procedure to help my eyes be/look more symmetrical?
Great surgical candidate
Jun 6, 2016
Based on your pictures, it looks like you would really do well with upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasties.  But I would also have your surgeon examine your right eye for “ptosis” (or, drooping of the eyelid itself) and for your apparent brow asymmetry.  It looks like your right eye might be drooping a bit relative to your left, and that your body may be compensating for this by unconsciously using your right forehead muscles to help elevate your eyelid (and, with it, your right eyebrow).I…
105lbs, 5’2 height, 13cm breast width. Will 425cc-450cc be to big?
Sounds a bit excessive….
Jun 6, 2016
It would be impossible to any surgeon to reliably tell you what size implant you would need without examining you. And, truth be told, it is not the VOLUME of the implant that is critical, but the SIZE, SHAPE, and PLACEMENT of the implant. FIrst, size not volume. You can have two implants of exactly the same VOLUME, but be entirely different sizes and shapes: Implants can be round, tall, flat, “anatomic,” form stable, narrow, broad, etc. A saline implant is also very different from a…
Tummy tuck, laser stretch marks removal or both?
Give it time and congrats!
Jun 6, 2016
First off, congratulations on the baby!  He or she is going to be the very fulfillment of your life on Earth, and I want to wish you many, many years of happy parenting.  Also, enjoy every moment of parenting, even the dirty diapers and shoulder accidents.  The years go very, very quickly, and there WILL be a day in the  not-too-distant future when you will miss the diaper changes and naps with Baby!At 21 years of age and only 2 months post partum, the skin of your abdomen and pelvis are sti…
Is there anything I could do to make my eye asymmetry less obvious?
Craniofacial surgery or fillers
Jun 6, 2016
There are operations that can be done for your condition, Mr. Callahan!  You appear to have a condition called hemifacial microsomia.  That is just medical lingo for “half a face grew smaller.”  There are definitely tried and true surgeries that are performed for a wide range of severities of hemifacial microsomia, but they all require surgery.  When hemifacial microsomia manifests itself in orbital (eye) asymmetry, the surgery is particularly invasive, requiring the surgeon to cut the bon…
How long before I can go to work after breast augmentation?
As little as 3-4 days depending on what kind of work you do
Jun 6, 2016
The main considerations for returning to work after breast augmentation are:1.  risk of stirring up internal bleeding2.  risk of moving the implant3.  risk of stressing the surgical incision/closure and causing it to come apart4.  discomfortSo the main impediment to returning to work is the physical movement of the chest wall and arms, so it really depends on what type of work you do.  For a sedentary job that doesn’t require reaching, twisting, stooping, or using your arms, some pati…
Are there any plastic surgeons that might consider doing a tummy tuck, inner/outer thigh lift for teac
Try Stanford
Jun 6, 2016
Stanford has an excellent plastic surgery residents’ clinic there, and you may be able to get your surgery there for a very small fraction of the price.
32A to a full C, what size implant?
It’s not about VOLUME. It’s SIZE, SHAPE, and PLACEMENT
