Implants in a subglandular position tend to have a more round “stuck on” look because there is minimal soft tissue helping smooth out the contour of the implants. I would recommend potentially changing to a submuscular dual plane pocket.

I would recommend downsizing to a smaller implant, potentially using Galaflex (internal bra) and potentially performing a lift. A lot of these decisions depend on a physical exam. I would recommend seeing a board-eligible or board-certified plastic surgeon with experience in revisionary breast surgery.

I would recommend using a more appropriate size implant with a lift. This would also include the internal bra. Large implants lead to large problems over time.

I would recommend an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and ptosis repair alone. I think that your brow is in an adequate or near adequate position. I would recommend obtaining visual field testing to ensure that you truly have ptosis of the levator complex that lifts and opens the eye.
