This would not change the position of your nipple or the position of your breast on your chest wall. I feel you are borderline for needing a lift based on the amount of droop but if you would like to decrease the diameter of the areola, I would recommend a lift at the time of breast augmentation. I do think you would be happy with breast augmentation.
