Dear Karey, Seemingly the neck skin wasn’t dissected completely and that’s why it’s not evenly lifted. You might need a submental counter incision to tighten the platysma muscle as well.

Well , it is not easy to make a full idea of your concern from the limited photos you posted. I can tell that there is a discrepency of age appearance between the chheks and the periorbital area. Something easy to smooth down the periorbital wrinkles, and reduce the contrast is botox. I don’t know if you had lower eyelid blepharoplasty or not, if you didn’t you should. Lip lift as well with perioral peeling will make the result more natural.

you should have marked before and after photos to make it easier to understand.
Shortfall in surgery are not uncommon even in the most experienced hands, this is because we heal differently and our skin elasticity is different.

Yes , from surgical point of view, it is possible to do it at the same time because we don’t dissect mouth area , hence we don’t undermine blood supply, however it will make the procedure just longer.
This been said, your lips are not that thin, you might benifit from erioral phenol peel , without lip lift.
The hardest part for your surgeon , will be to get rid of the downturned mouth corners.
