Thanks for your question. Currently there are no published reports of a correlation between birth control and capsular contracture. That does not mean it's impossible that there is one, but based on current evidence there does not appear to be any connection. Seek out the advice of your surgeon for any additional information. Is it okay to drive immediately after getting Botox treatments around my eyes?

Thanks for your question. In most cases the answer is yes. Botox does not begin to have an effect until days after treatment. In most cases, unless there is severe swelling or some other untoward complication, you should be able to drive home. As always, seek out an injector with experience and a clear record of safety and efficacy.

Thanks for your question. I would be very careful before deciding to undergo all of these procedures at the same time. It is understandable that your would want one recovery period but, in general, the literature has told us that the longer the procedure takes, the higher the risk of complications. Especially in overseas situations, I would think twice about doing everything all at once. Best of luck to you.

Every surgeon's protocol is different, but in general many plastic surgeons assign a time of 6-8 weeks before fully returning to work. It is important to note that this does not mean full activity at once, but a gradual increase to your prior level of exertion. As always, be sure to discuss this with your plastic surgeon, as their input should guide your activity level.

Thanks for your question. Wound issues around the T-point are the most common sites of slow healing. An in-person examination is needed, but it does appear that the area will heal well with time. I would consult with your plastic surgeon and follow his/her advice for best wound care practices.

Thanks for your question. The short answer is that a larger implant will get you more upper pole fullness. The more complicated answer is that it will invariably put stress and pressure on the breast tissues. This will change the results in the long term, as the weight of the implant affects the outcome. That said, if this is your short term goal, that option will accomplish it. There are adjunctive measures, such as using synthetic or biologic tissues to hold your implant up. That requires...
