Hello, you seem to have asymmetry and significant ptosis or sagging as well as lack of fullness. You would need an in person consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to do breast measurements etc. However, you will definitely need a breast augmentation with a lift. Depending on your goals etc and the surgeon you choose to go with that can either be one or two separate surgeries.

It looks like the asymmetry to begin with was then transferred to the final result. I would say either changing out the implant for a high profile or adding fat grafts to the breast would be the best bet to try and create symmetry. I would also talk your board-certified plastic surgeon about your concerns.

Botched is an overused word. I would say that your breast look great with a few exceptions your right nipple seems to be too lateral and might be a little higher than the left. That being said breasts are sisters not twins, having them be identical is rather unrealistic. Without a pre-op picture it is hard to see the change. But as always, I would bring your concerns to your board certified plastic surgeon and have him/her address them

Hello, based on my experience I would recommend between 400cc extra high profile with gel implants to 420cc, this way you will achieve fuller and lifted breasts. But remember that this opinion is based on what I see in the photos, to choose the appropriate implant you must have a consultation with a plastic surgeon to take all the meassurements and determine the correct size.
