Based on the picture that you uploaded, it does appear that the lower pole (below the nipple) of your breast could be stretched to allow the implant to sit lower and improve the snoopy deformity. Regarding the crescent lift, I do think this may help give a subtle lift/repositioning of the nipple and areola as well as improve the symmetry between the breasts.
