Hi LoveGalore, For permanent fullness in the upper pole, I would be hesitant to recommend fat transfer. You would be more of a candidate for a lift with implant. However, you need to show your surgeon what "normal 22 yr old boobs" look like to you. This is a very subjective description. Hi Sheila, You should not have a difficult breast lift case. Breast lift procedures are focused on removing the outside skin on the breasts and elevating that tissue upwards. Hi NipTuckWhatsUp, (Love the name!) The modified (benelli) mastopexy only removes skin around the areola, placing a "purse string" suture that pulls together to give the areola a mini lift. Because of this limited scarring everyone wants only this lift (not the fuller versions with more scars). Hi Slynn01, You appear to be very realistic with your goal photos. I would say something very similar to your ideal outcomes is achievable. Your surgeon will know best based on an in person exam, they can evaluate your skin quality and measure you. My only word of advice is not to get locked in on the "results" of the 3D imaging they use to lure you in during a consultation. Hi Mom2sbts, I can only speak for my practice. We typically are booked out at least 1 month in advance for surgery dates. The only exception is the holiday season, which is our busiest time of year. Surgery dates for the weeks immediately surrounding any holiday are busy, but especially in November, December and January. These typically fill up by October.
