Probably best to wait on the tattoo: breast augmentation does redrape the skin in the crease area.Depending on the size of the implant you are choosing and the tone of your skin, an inch of the skin below your current crease could end up as part of the lower curve of your breast.I think it best to wait on the tattoo, but if you can’t, at least discuss with your surgeon about the planned location of the tattoo.

Gurgling noise in my breast 5 weeks post op: I still hear and feel it very frequently.

Your photograph shows a small area of irritation which might be a small wound separation.The photographs seem to show a minor irritation that might best be treated with local care: avoid trauma to the area and protect with antibiotic ointment. Local hygiene is very important. It doesn’t appear to require suturing, but in-person examination is necessary to make that determination.While waiting 2 days to be seen by your surgeon, be fastidious with hygiene and protecting the area.
