The BRAVA System for increasing breast size
We offer this system at my practice as an alternative to surgery as a form of natural breast enhancement, or in conjuncture with fat transfer to the breasts.
It has proven itself successful for increasing patients by about half to one cup size when worn alone and for the recommended amount of time.
My patients will wear the device for 10 hours each day (usually in the evening or overnight hours) for anywhere from 4-8+ weeks depending on their results and whether they plan on having fat transfered into their breasts following the use of their BRAVA device.

While the initial size change is caused by swelling, the prolonged use of the BRAVA will actually grow new breast tissue.
I tell my patients that once they have reached their desired size, they need to continue wearing the device for the period of time that it took to get them to that cup size.

What you describe is the BRAVA system which is in its infancy. It is being experimented with in breast reconstruction as well as for a pre treatment prior to fat grafting the breast for breast augmentation. Just be aware, this is new technology and has not become main stream. I do think the concept is very interesting and I may be trying it in some breast reconstruction patients. There also are some people that perform fat grafting only for breast augmentation. Patients need to be picked very carefully because not everyone is a candidate for these techniques. External negative pressure (“sucking”) with a device called BRAVA can increase the size of the breasts at least temporarily, sometimes permanently. This device is usually used in preparation for Autologous Fat Transfer (AFT) to the breasts.
This AFT surgery involves liposuctioning of unwanted fat from another part of the body and then grafts this fat into the breasts. If this is something that sparks your interest, make an appointment with your local plastic surgeon to see if this is a procedure that is offered in his/her practice.
