After reviewing the picture it does not seem you have tuberous breasts. There is definitely some ptosis or sogginess that would best be corrected with a breast lift. I recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon.

There is no question that one breast has undergone more inflammation than the other due to the hematoma immediately after surgery. I would continue to be in contact with your surgeon however its too soon to tell if any permanent asymmetries will continue.

We usually recommend our patients wear their compression garment for 3 months, though this may not be caused by that, I would recommend you wear it with your foams or an abdominal board as this may be from the front closure. Your doctor should be able to better asses the situation and tell you what can be done.

The BBL definitely won’t be a waste! You look like a great candidate and I think you will be very pleased with the results! I would recommend you get your lipo and BBL and wait to see how the skin reacts, remember you will be in a compression garment for quite sometime you may be pleased with how your stomach heals. We usually recommend that patients stay in town for a week for the Brazilian Butt Lift. Recovery houses will vary from place to place. As far as your massages, you can start them the day after your procedure. There is a possibility you may need a change in garment size or you can have your garment altered. As far as diet try to eat healthy, light exercise and just pay attention to your weight as you want to be in range for your surgery date.

It appears you would be a good candidate for an arm lift! It is best to get to your goal weight prior to surgery, depending on what size you want to be. As long as your BMI is in an acceptable range (as to avoid complications) you should be able to proceed with the surgery as is. Liposuction could be a great option for you as it is great for volume removal if your problem is fat. Many times after lipo we see the skin form back to your body, if you have excess skin after you may need an arm lift. Liposuction may be the best first step, just keep in mind it will only remove fat not muscle. It is difficult to tell what you are a good candidate for without photos. Best of luck!
