Generally, the O-Shot does not hurt. Certified practitioners are well trained on how to avoid hurt and discomfort. That being said, no two people are the same and occasionally some individuals are more sensitive then the majority. Even then I would describe things not as a hurt, but a brief discomfort.
The procedure does provide enough benefit that even if you are one of the few that experiences some brief discomfort, the reward is by far worth it.

Unfortunately, areas that have never had hair remain a challenge for regenerative medicine. I have had some success with PRP and certain types of exosomes. However, it has not been consistent for this type of problem.

You’re good to go! A proper fractional Co2 treatment does not go to the depth your follicles will be impacted. Nor, does the frequency of light produce heat in the follicles that would otherwise kill them as with other laser frequencies.
Be sure to have good skin care lined up prior to your treatment, stay out of th sun for a couple of weeks and be very generous with the sunscreen thereafter.

Doesn’t sound like a good plan. I agree with the other doctors. Minoxidil works with existing hair, but if there has not been a follicle before or you haven’t seen hair in the location for a number of months it most likely won’t work.
At regular strength, Minoxidil can have side effects because a portion of it does not stay in the just the scalp. Much of it goes systemic. By tripling the recommended max dose you increase your chance of experiencing adverse side effects…
