Liposuction or abdominoplasty?
Liposuction alone will not address your extra skin…

Congratulations on you weight loss, you should be proud of yourself. Anyone who loses 40kg will undoubtably have significant skin excess. Liposuction will not address this, and you would not get the result that you deserve after all of your hard work. Abdominoplasty surgery is designed to eliminate all of the extra skin that diet and exercise can’t.

Although it is impossible to answer this question without a proper consultation and physical examination, it does look as though you have extra skin both above and below your belly button. Based on the pictures that you have posted, I feel you’d be much happier with a full tummy tuck as opposed to a mini tummy tuck. A mini tummy tuck would not address the issues that you’re having in the upper half of your belly.I hope this helps. Good luck!
