This is a good question. Typically, you can go up one size with a fat transfer, and you may need multiple surgeries to achieve that goal. Presumably, you can have even more surgeries of fat transfer to go bigger (cannot be done in one session), however given your height and weight, you may not have enough fat elsewhere on your body to harvest to inject into your breasts.

This is a good question. Usually over time after the implant settles and the scars heal you will have a better idea of the final result. Swelling will go down after the surgery and be a better picture of what to expect for the long term.

This is a great question. The length of the upper lip can be shortened by a surgical procedure as a lip lift. The incision is underneath your nostril and is very well hidden and hard to tell. This is an excellent question. If you are only getting a fat transfer to fill out your hip dips on the side, and you are not interested in a BBL, then you can lay on your back after surgery without any issues. You can also have a fat transfer to your breast at the same time. Depending on how much volume you want added to your breasts, you may need additional rounds of fat transfer to your breasts. This is a good question. Based on the photo, you may be a good candidate for lipo alone. However, if you have a separation of your abdominal muscles (diastasis recti), you may be a candidate for a tummy tuck to have that repaired. This is hard to tell on pictures and is usually diagnosed on a physical exam. If there is no separation of muscles or diastasis, you may be a candidate for liposuction alone.
