The way I approach it is this: volume of implant (cc’s) is decided by you based on the sizing I do in the office. What shape, dimensions, etc. that fits you best is recommended by ME after I assess your breast shape and measurements. Liposuction alone will not help. A tummy tuck will do best for you to contour the abdomen. You might also think about doing liposuction first to get rid of as much fat and deflate the volume. Then, have a tummy tuck a few months later. This will allow for the best contour. Hope this helps.

You can’t rely on septoplasty alone to straighten the nose. By the book definition of how septoplasty is performed without rhinoplasty, it will not. Generally cosmetic improvements have to be paid for out of pocket, which will add another $3-4000 to an insurance operation. It is possible, yes. Though I would say fat grafting volume is limited at the time of the lift. You MAY want a second surgery to put in more volume if fat once the lift has healed. Hope this helps

There can be minor asymmetries after augmentation, especially if you had asymmetry before, which most women don’t notice. So, it could be just an implant that didn’t “drop” as much as expected and a revision needs to be done to allow it to drop. Could be capsular contracture, but unlikely only 7 months after…though it has been known to happen. You should be examined by your surgeon who has pre-op photos to assess the situation. It depends on what you don’t like about your nose. It will helps slightly with the width of your nose, but it will not be harmonized with the rest of your nose without placing a dorsal onlay graft like rib or something else. My suggestion is to have a rib graft plus alar base reduction. Hope this helps.

As long as you are feeling well there should be no problem. There is some risk for blood clot in the legs so you just need to make sure you get up and walk every hour.

Sometimes it’s the abdominal wall that’s still bulging there and even though it was repaired, it’s just your anatomy. If on examining you there is still some thick fat there, then lipo will help, but usually in people that are thin like you and there is still a bulge, it’s the abdominal wall/muscle layer. You should have another discussion with your surgeon prior to surgery. I’m not convinced like others that you have a true double bubble on your right. When flexing the pec, it does normally look like this. That line, I’m not totally convinced is the old breast crease, which leads to a double bubble. I think the left implant just needs to come down as the PS said with capsuletctomy or capsulotomy. But, I could be wrong since not examining you in person. Hope this helps.
