You are close to one month since your breast augmentation surgery. Everything looks like it’s healing well! Complete dropping takes 3-6 months and sometimes longer.
I usually tell my patients that they can buy new bras at one month, because they are mainly settled. I will advise a patient not to spend too much money on a ton of new bras as settling can change the fit. But going and getting a few nice and new bras now is a great idea!

It’s impossible to tell without an examination. However, your pics are very suggestive of that problem.
Hematomas come in different sizes and this determines treatment. Small hematomas are usually not a problem and resolve. Large ones are best drained, as not draining them will lead to high chances of infection or scar tissue. Medium size hematomas are treated case by case. They can be handled differently; and it’s dependent on your body and how it’s healing.

I’m sorry you feel you are too small. This can happen after augmentation surgery. 800 cc is a large size, but you need larger.
Fortunately, the same saline implants can be used. This keeps expenses down. If you decide to go larger, don’t make the mistake of just adding 100-200 cc. I think you will still be unhappy.
If you want to increase the size, I recommend at least 50%. This would take you to 1200cc. It sounds large, but will probably do the trick for you.

You presented your situation well. Sometimes it makes it easier when a woman’s stomach gets so damaged from babies, that she obviously needs a tummy tuck. This is not YOU.
The problem with liposuction (of any type!) is that it will remove fat only and not help with muscle weakness or loose skin. It can make loose skin worse too. One of your pics shows the bulge down lower which is weakened muscles.

It is very early in your recovery. This is common and almost always resolves without problems.
I would keep using the lacrillube and follow up with your doctor regularly. You should see improvement quickly.
Sometimes a steroid cream can help, but it’s early enough that I wouldn’t start that yet.
When I had my eye tuck (by my brother who did a great job!) I got the same thing! They healed quickly.

In my experience, the most common reason for lack of improvement in this area is that the area isn’t treated enough. Excess fat is not removed or liposuctioned.
This is often worse with mini- tummy tucks where even less skin removal is done. Full tummy tucks usually remove much more skin and fat, so this problem is less but still occurs.

It could be malar bags. I’m suspicious this is what you have. These bags can be problematic after eyelid surgery, and treatment options exist.

I agree with the other doctors who have answered so far—6-12 months is best.
The scar should be healed first. If it’s done too early, you could cause hypertrophic scaring. We would not want that to happen.

In general, it’s good to be tight after a tummy tuck! Sometimes it can be too tight however.
If things are too tight, you can get spreading of your scar and a worse scar. I would keep bent at the waist until re-examined by your doctor just to be safe.
Most likely it’s just normal feelings after a good operation. Follow your doctors instructions closely and see him regularly.

As many doctors have responded, a consultation is best to review all your options. But having said that, I believe you can get a good result with just implants. I do not believe you are picking a big enough size to look like the women on your wish pic. She has bigger implants.
Consider an implant around 600 cc. I think this will give you the fullness you want.

You unfortunately have a problem after rhinoplasty that will require surgery to fix. The problem is not the nasal valve but the upper part of the cartilages.
These have fallen in and the nasal bones weren’t in-fractured or it wasn’t done well.
This causes the typical inverted V shown in your photos.
The good news is that revision surgery works. I have had great success with this procedure. Cartilage grafting and revision along with nasal fracturing should help significantly.

What you are describing is most likely scar tissue that has become hypertrophic. This is something that happens and can be treated.
In general, hypertrophic scars are treated with steroids, silicone, massage, and lasers- just to name some of the more common treatments.
In my experience, steroids work the best for this area after breast surgery. Injections can be done and are extremely beneficial. I also add steroid creams which can be used by you at home.
