The amount of skin stretch (how loose your skin is), the volume or strength of your pec major muscles, and the dimensions of your torso. Thanks for your question and photos. I do agree that either a Benelli or a lollipop lift would provide a great result. It is hard to determine which would be better via a photograph online. Great question - first and foremost, it is important to take it easy, but at the same time I always encourage patient to walk around the house at least once every waking hour. I personally like the homeopathic medication Arnica and its effects on bruising and swelling. Of course your binder or garment is also important - just be sure to make sure that it is not too tight! Great question! The quick answer is yes, the long answer is probably yes. In most cases this can be done, however, of course it is important to have a thorough discussion with your plastic surgeon regarding the specific details relating to your previous surgery, your aesthetic goals, and of course, your medical history. Factors that can be relevant is your smoking history, how much lift is needed, among others. I wish you the very best of luck!

Quick answer - in my hands - no. To me, advertising the use of a laser in this procedure is more marketing than substance. In my humble opinion, much more than the particular instrument used, what is most important is a surgeon's skill, sense of aesthetics, and experience. My advice is to select an experienced board certified surgeon and have a thorough discussion about the techniques and the surgeon's experience. Best of luck!

Thank you for the photos and question. Based upon the information provided, you would be a fabulous candidate for a neck lift. This procedure would undoubtedly involve a platysmaplasty, or platysma muscle plication. It would also likely involve removing some fat from the area under the chin as well. To add my humble opinion, I think that a lipo procedure would be a complete waste of money and be of little utility. You have a great deal of extra skin, muscle separation, and yes, a bit of extra fat. I would respectfully suggest that you will not be happy with anything short of a tummy ruck. Best of luck.
