If you're simply wanting smoother skin, I would treat you with Morpheus RF instead of bodytite. This is actually part of the bodytite platform but it involves both radio frequency and microneedling. Several sessions will be needed (all performed in office) but because it penetrates at various depths, you will get skin tightening and remodeling at different depths. Hope this helps!

Swelling and hard areas after lipo tend to resolve with time and compression (other treatment modalities, like venus legacy and/or lymphatic massage can also help). Hard to answer this without an in person exam and specific breast measurements (and not just your height/weight). Remember also that there is no direct correlation between implant size (cc's) and cup size. Best option is to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who actually takes the time to measure you and examine your breast pocket. Sizers will only give you a rough estimate. All surgeries carry some risk but tummy tucks are a longer surgery and when combined with other procedures (liposuction, breast, bbl, etc.), can be "riskier" because of the length of surgery. Best to seek out a board certified plastic surgeon so he or she can properly inform you of those risks, including DVT, anemia, electrolyte imbalances, etc. Good luck!

As with any surgery, there is always a risk of complications. Capsular contracture, double bubble deformity, and bottoming out can happen but generally speaking, breast augmentation has a high rate of patient satisfaction. While most patients eventually do require a revision (due to need for implant change, lift, etc.), these are not complications but rather limitations of the implant and the fact that gravity always wins!
