There would be no issue with undergoing EMSculpt on your glutes despite having the pellet implanted in your glute as long as there is no metal in the pellet. The testosterone itself will help you build muscle. The EMSculpt obviously will as well. Therefore, they will work together well. Just confirm the type of pellet you have implanted is a typical fully dissolving crytal pellet.

I'd like to see pictures, but it sounds like Botox would be the best way to go since the wrinkles are only there with smiling and then, go from there. Hollowing under the eyes, however, does typically require filler, but we would need to see the degree of volume loss to make those recommendations.
