Typically compression is required for 2-6 weeks, unless it was a very complicated case with a lot of extra skin to retract. So, at this point you don't have to wear medical compression. If you feel more comfortable feeling pressure on surgery area - spanks or waist trainers are sufficient.

Agree with Dr Aldo. No surgery needed. Fill the under eye hollowness with fillers or fat and beat familial trait. It has to be done by someone who does a lot of these treatments. Only with cannula. Only very deep - preferably placing filler on the bone. I prefer Voluma or fat grafting. But Restylane is a reasonable alternative - expect more swelling.

It's always good to get a second and sometimes third opinion, especially in such a delicate area like under eyes. I think you can use 1 syringe of HA filler, BUT it has to be done right. It needs to be placed very deep, on the bone and not under the skin. My preferred filler for this would be Voluma - 1/2 syringe on each side. I do this treatments with microcannula and not with needle. You need to find someone who did multiple treatments and is comfortable...

If you read previous reply - you realize that there are multiple treatment options that need to be combined for best results. And that is associated with significant cost. After dealing with various acne scars for over 12 years I can suggest a plan that is not crazy expensive.
