Your pictures show a very nice result with your implants. Understanding that it is quite common to want to change the size of the implant after having the surgery. Looking at your pictures you do have some contour fullness in this area that could be improved. There a number of options to treat it including Coolsculpting, liposuction and BodyTite. My experience is that this will not be improved with a tummy tuck and can appear worse afterwards. The good news is that BodyTite can address the skin laxity is this area which gives a better result. Really the answer to you situation is to get evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon who has experience with body contouring. You appear to be in good shape by your pictures and an exam would determine how much of the fullness is volume vs. skin laxity. Your pictures are very consistent with problems with the integrity of your abdominal wall. The abdominal wall is what gives the abdomen support and contains the contents of the abdominal cavity. I would get elevated by a general surgeon first and find out if your problem needs a hernia repair. Sometimes it is complex and a plastic surgery reconstructive approach will be needed.

Very good question to ask. This is a very common situation and the answer is really dependent on what your desires are at this time. Most women in your shoes prefer to go ahead with the augmentation and enjoy the benefits. Why wait years to get what you want today? Yes, there could be adjustments made later but it could happen anyway with changes that occur with time to your breasts.
