The nipple position might be a little low, but I don't think a lift at this point is essential. We don't have the Motiva implant yet in the US so I can't comment. Thank you for your question and the photos. I think that you have a great result and do not appreciate any big asymmetry. Often, one crease is a little higher than the other and so the implant might ride a little higher on that side. I would say that is more common than not. I tell people that breasts are more like sisters than twins. Always a little bit of difference.

Thank you for your question and the photos. You look to have a very nice shape and good symmetry. I don't every use a UHP in a cosmetic augmetnation (non breast cancer reconstruction). Thank you for your question. Only the breast photo came across. I think that you would do greast with a breast augmentaion. You appear to have enough native breast tissue and your skin quality is good enough that you can have a reasonable size implant and avoid a lift. I use the Sientra HSC+ implants and I match the implant size to the diameter of the breast. I bet you measure about 12.5cm and so I'd be inclined to use a Low Plus or a Moderate profile. That would meand somewhere 300-380cc...

Congratulations on your amazing accomplishment! Breast augmentation will help restore the lost volume. Can't tell if one side is really that much lower, or if just b/c your arm is out. I don't think you need a lift, but would need to see you in person. In my hands, I would do a standard tummy tuck and combine that with BodyTite and Morpheus along with SAFElipo for contouring. I think that you are gambling if you try to add the thigh lift. There is too much competition of blood loss, lymphatics, etc and the risk of poor healing is too high. Thank you for your question and the photo. I would probably use steristrips without any adhesive such as mastisol in your case. Skin glue is not essential and certainly not worth risking a poor scar and healing. I also now use Brijjits to close the TT and vertical breast scars and they have worked amazingly well.
