In addition to his medical degree, Dr. William holds a Master’s degree in Genetics he obtained during his surgical training, culminating in his plastic surgery training at the world-renowned Duke University Medical Center.

More than just a highly educated surgeon, Dr. William is passionate about patient education—a cornerstone of his practice. It is hard to raise a breast so we typically will lower the breast that starts out higher. We do this by lowering the breast fold (the infra-mammary crease) which could have been done in your left breast. For small differences I usually don't lower the fold because lowering the fold is not without its own set of problems so if it is a small difference I usually will inform the patient of the asymmetry and agree to leave it alone and accept the small, normal difference in breast height.

The photo of the other person actually had a lift (although not an adequate one), but still a lift nonetheless so it is hard to compare just an augmentation to a patient who had a lift with an implant. I doubt you would ever find a plastic surgeon to perform just an augmentation on you as the result would be far from satisfactory. Very interestingly Dr Rohrich and others performed a study which essentially said everyone has a button slightly off center one way or another. We can't move the belly button back to center with a tummy tuck--we can only bring the belly button out through a new opening in the skin, but the belly button remains in the same position as it was before surgery.

Can you combine liposuction with a tummy tuck? I think you would get a very good result with a tummy tuck and I would take care of all of the skin but if you really want to get the best shape possible then you would do 360° Lipo at the same time as your tummy tuck as a liposuction really what gives you the shape. It is safe to combine liposuction with a tummy tuck and perform both operations at the same time.

If you want your breasts to be the same size but just in a higher location to look and fell better and help with the rashes than I would suggest doing a breast lift (mastopexy). If you want to accomplish all the same things but have your breasts smaller than I would suggest a breast reduction.

In other words, a breast lift and breast reduction are essentially the same operation except a lift leaves you about the same size, and a reduction makes you smaller.

It is obviously hard to say for certain without examining you and I would advise you to see your surgeon to get a diagnosis but that aside it sounds to me like you have a granuloma caused by a stitch and the stitch would need to be removed to cure it. Sometimes your body can set up a foreign body reaction and it will never close or heal or stop draining until the suture is removed.

The difference is only 20cc which is less than the 30cc of a medicine cup so the volume is a small increment but the dimensions of the implant changes. Based on your goal photos I would use the moderate plus profile implants. You prefer a wider and not quite a projecting implant based on your goal photos. A high profile implant it's a little bit more narrow and projects, more from the chest than a moderate plus profile implant for the same amount of volume.

I would stop wearing your waist trainer. It is doing more harm than good. I think you need an upgrade in the quality of your faja as well. I suggest the Ogee Faja--it was specifically designed for recovery from a BBL by a board certified plastic surgeon.
