Hello,As the previous surgeon mentioned I would need photos to determine if you are a candidate. Given your height and weight it does seem unlikely that you would have enough donor fat to produce a good result. As you probably know we need more fat that we aim for because we usually only get about 50% take of what is injected, therefore we need a fair amount of donor fat on the body in order to achieve a good result.

Hello,Your photos do show a very minor constriction at the bottom of your breasts (as the other surgeons have mentioned the distance between the areola and the inframammary fold is short). However, I do think this will stretch with the pressure from an implant and help the area to round out. I also perform the skin resection and muscle repair first. Once I have reapproximated the skin I look for areas that require liposuction which is usually the lateral flanks and then perform the liposuction. Generally it is best to be conservative with liposuction to minimize problems with wound healing.

I agree with the plan you have outlined. You definitely require a full mastopexy with the anchor scars. I tend to dissuade patients from going too large when they present with ptosis as the added volume can put pressure on the skin and cause more “sagging” over time. In my opinion you would get a better result with a breast lift and implants placed under your muscle. I would suggest smaller implants. If you decide to go with 500cc implants in the subglandular plane there is a risk that your implants and nipples will sit low and over time your skin will stretch causing a “stretched out” appearance. Hello. From the photos it looks like you would definitely benefit from muscle plications centrally both above and below the belly button. I do think your scar should reach your C-section. There is a small chance that it may not, but if this is the case usually just a very small vertical scar is necessary (producing an inverted T scar). Hi there. I would definitely recommend a full tummy tuck with rectus plications. If you just went with a mini you would be left with loose skin above the belly button which would compromise the result.
