Thank you for asking about lack of swelling less than 2 weeks after nose revision. It is fine the way it is as swelling is part of inflammation. As your procedure was most likely done right ,few things were corrected without disturbing the rest. Also accurate diagnosis and correct approach to solver the irregularities was done and theaters explains the rapid recovery with not much swelling. Congratulations you are on the royal way to recovery.

Two months after liposuction!~
Well it takes 1/3 % every day to get the final results. There are collagen fibers, elastin fibers and loose skin that have to agree with each other. It takes time to see that process completed if you use this formula.
Mean while talk to your surgeon and ask if it is ok to massage the bottom of the arms by rolling this area over a cold coke can back and forth whenever you have time to enhance the recovery.

It looks like a Gynecomastia and I would suggest addressing the breast gland and surrounding unwanted most likely breast tissue.
