There is nothing that will permanently eliminate melasma, but your melasma can be made much much better! We have excellent results with a combination of selective BBL (IPL), and Halo laser treatments 1 to 3. I would recommend you be on a tretinoin and a pigment controller for at least two weeks prior to your treatments. And then be sure to use a good sunscreen to protect your results.

A combination of treatments including selective erbium lasering, BBL (IPL), and perhaps Halo laser, with pigment controller creams would eliminate many of your concerns and improve the other areas. Make sure to use a good sunscreen to keep your results long-lasting. I would suggest you see a Physician who is experienced with these type of concerns.
Went to a laser lipo place because the downtime was minimal. Thighs were lumpy and uneven. Went back.

We have not seen what you’re describing in any of the hundreds and hundreds of Halo laser treatments we have performed for the past two years. Tiny pinpoint marks are typical for the first week or so. But after that, the skin is typically smoother, more refreshed, and more evenly colored with less vascularity. Good medical grade skin care products can go a long way towards a “glowy” complexion, but they won’t do much for pores, fine lines and wrinkles. Based on your photo, a pigment controller like 4% hydroquinone, or other type for 2-3 weeks followed by a Halo laser at correct settings would give you the nicest improvement for your concerns. Restart your pigment controller about 8-10 days after the Halo and use it for at least 6-8 weeks. Of course everyone should also be using…

There would be no problem doing a Halo laser for skin improvement even if you had cheek implants in the past. The Halo works on the skin surface. The implants are much deeper, and the Halo just treats the epidermis and dermis. The Halo will do a nice job to improve your concerns with the texture!

GET IT CHECKED OUT! You need to get a hold of your doctor as ASAP, or see another one, or go to the urgent care or emergency room to make sure it is not something serious like blood clots. Most likely it is not, but you should make sure by being seen and evaluated.
