In my opinion, working on smoothing out the chin is done nicely with botox. If the wrinkling/orange peel effect occurs with smiling or frowning, then botox is a good option. If, however, you feel your chin also has texture issues when you are not smiling or frowing, other treatments such as microneedling can be used in combination with botox to smooth the skin. This can better be evaluated in person so be sure to get a consultation with a board certified...
