A reverse tummy tuck has some limitations and is often not a great procedure. It does appear that you would benefit from a bra line lift as well at a later time. Thanks for your question and pictures. Based on your pictures alone, it appears that you have mostly loose skin and only some mild fat deposits. Liposuction alone will help some but you will likely be left with significant loose skin. Muscle spasms 2 weeks after a breast augmentation are entirely normal. Some patients will continue to feel some soreness and spasms as long as 6-12 weeks after surgery. Sorry to hear that you are having issues after surgery. If the bruising is worsening after aspiration, my recommendation would be to return to the operating room for removal of the old blood, ensure no new bleeding, and washing of the implant. These steps will help decrease the risk of future capsular contracture.

Small areas of incisional breakdown can happen in tummy tucks due to the length of the incision and the tension that is present on the closure. You seem to be caring for it well as the pictures show good progress. Make sure you keep your surgeon updated.

Developing some lumps after a procedure such as FaceTite is normal this early on. I recommend to my patients that they start massage to the area as early as 3 days post op after FaceTite. These lumps typically fully resolve with time. Make sure you follow up with your surgeon.
