Your English is great! In terms of your breast lift, personally I would use an anchor scar to make sure you get an aggressive lift that lasts a long time. Definitely do NOT get a donut lift only. I think the lollipop incision will not fully correct the sagging and will leave you with too much tissue still hanging in the lower area of your breast. Blessings on your journey!

It’s a little hard to tell, but I think your nipples are above your breast fold in the pictures. If this is the case, you should be able to get a good result with a breast augmentation only. I would definitely consider a large implant (400 cc or greater) that is high profile. Blessings on your journey!

The two implants probably won’t create much of a different look for you. The more important thing to address is the use of textured implants. There is a risk of BIA-ALCL (a type of cancer) when using textured breast implants for augmentation, and I would have a lengthy discussion with your surgeon about that prior to proceeding.
