I would need an in-person exam to determine the position of your implants and their relationship to your inframammary fold, their degree of asymmetry, and any evidence of hardening or contracture. You may be a decent candidate for either liposuction or Coolsculpting. I would say liposuction would be more effective and give a more predictable result, as Coolsculpting takes multiple sessions for only an approximate 20% reduction in fat. In my opinion, you would have a very nice result with liposuction!
Definitely seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who is knowledgeable in your options.

It’s really hard to tell just from your pictures if what you’re describing is an expected amount of bruising / swelling from the procedure or if there is in fact an infection starting. You are only one week post-op, and your breasts need some time to heal. I wouldn’t recommend a reoperation until things are better healed (minimum of about 3 months).
However, if this is your final result once fully healed, then I would consider your desire for a smaller implant combined with a breast lift (you will likely benefit from at least a lollipop type scar instead of just a periareolar scar). Thank you for your question and pictures. Based on what I can tell, you probably don’t need a lift in addition to an augmentation. Your nipple-areola and breast sit above the fold, so implants will help fill the breast envelope and “lift” the breast to some extent.

It is possible to do them together in some cases, so that may be an option for you! You would need to be examind by a board-certified plastic surgeon who can discuss this possibility.

Hi—

I can understand why you wouldn’t want any additional scarring if it can be avoided. Definitely implants will help fill out your breast envelope and give your more volume and fullness (especially up top). If there is a significant size difference, then a different size implant in each breast may be recommended. As well, the “lower” or saggier breast may benefit from some component of a periareolar type lift for improved symmetry—but again…

In my practice, the Benelli lift would be appropriate in only very limited situations. From what I can tell, I would probably recommend the lollipop type lift with your augmentation. The reason has to do with the degree of ptosis and excess skin that would have to be removed, as well as placement of your breast tissue in alignment with your new implants. I suppose you could undergo the Benelli lift with augmentation and see how things look at that point….
