Ostoeomies are essentially very precise and controlled cuts of the bone which free the bones such that they can be repositioned into a more cosmetically-pleasing position.  These osteotomies do heal just like any other bone in the body and achieve almost normal strength by 6-8 weeks following surgery.  Often times after rhinoplasty, patients are advised not to have anything rest on the nose such as glasses.  Part of the reason for this is because the bones are still healing for up to 8 weeks.

Like you mentioned, it is difficult to determine without an in-person exam, but based on your description, breast base width, and height and weight, this will be a very good size for you.  You will have a significant size enhancement. Determining what cup size you will be is difficult because cup sizes are highly variable amongst bra manufacturers. Nevertheless, I think this size will help you achieve your aesthetic goals.
