While you might have a tight skin envelope, I would not generally consider your breasts to be tuberous. You could certainly undergo fat grafting to alter their shape and size however the final result might not fulfill your expectation. The degree of breast asymmetry you have does complicate the operation somewhat. Your asymmetry is in both volume as well as degree of droop and nipple position.
