Thank you for the question. While the results of fat transfer to the breast can vary depending on the individual characteristics of the patient, I generally tell my patients that they can expect to maintain approximately 1/2 to 1 full cup size increase long term. This depends on not only how much donor fat can be harvested for grafting, but also how much recipient tissue you have to accept the graft. Based on your BMI, you will likely achieve a more substantial result from intramuscular gluteal implants. That being said, in cases like yours, I generally also liposuction the lower back/love handles during the same procedure in order to obtain enough fat to perform a mini-bbl in addition to the implant. It is certainly possible to perform breast fat grafting while awake using only local anesthesia and oral medication. 100-150cc is a conservative amount of fat to be grafted, and should be able to be safely done superficially to your breast implant if performed by a qualified plastic surgeon. Hi Kurin,Thank you for the question. Pectoral implants are different from breast implants in that they are form stable, meaning that they do not rupture and leak. In fact, we sometimes even have to make small adjustments to pec implants intraoperatively by carving them in order to fit an individual, something you could not do with breast implants. That being said, if they are not causing an issue, they do not need to be routinely replaced. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your question. Cheek filler or fat grafting are both excellent options for adding volume to your face. Filler is reversible and could allow you to see how you like the changes before committing to fat grafting, which would be a more permanent option. Hope this helps!
