Hi, it sounds like the providers that you went to are reconstituting (mixing the product with sterile saline) differently. That being said, even if they are doing that, I wouldn’t think that there should be that big of a discrepency in price. For instance, if mixed by how the manufacturers say to mix them, usually 3 units of Dysport is equal to 1 unit of Botox. That is why you may see Botox at $12/unit and Dysport at $4/unit. Looking just at your pictures, I feel like you would benefit from neurotoxin to smooth out the lines at your crows feet and can help replace the volume loss under your eyes with gently placed HA filler. Hello and thank you for your question. You can essentially use any HA filler to help replace volume and shape the philtrum columns. These are safe and can be dissolved if you don’t like the look, or if it is too much. I personally don’t like using a big product like Voluma and use Restylane L more in this area. The choice of filler should be based on your face and desired outcome. I would make an appointment with your local expert.
