Swelling can persist up to a year or more after surgery. A tummy tuck usually includes muscle tightening and some of the tightness you are feeling could be continued healing from the muscle tightening. I would advise continued follow up with your surgeon and if you are really concerned, you can seek another opinion by a qualified plastic surgeon in your area.

It's hard to tell from the pictures, however this could be a variety of conditions including a hernia, residual fullness or a fluid collection. I would advise a consult with your operating surgeon or a qualified plastic surgeon for a physical exam and advice on what may the cause.

The most important thing after having surgery is to maintain a good relationship with your surgeon. Unfortunately, sometimes complications can happen, both minor and large and not having access to your surgeon in the event of an issue can be life threatening.
Before having surgery in another state/country, make sure you discuss a clear plan with your surgeon in the event that something goes wrong and where you should go for wound/drain care.

You have a fairly complex surgical history so I definitely think an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon would be helpful in developing a plan for you.
By looking at your pictures however, if you are a candidate for surgery, there is no obvious reason why someone would not also be able to revise your midline scar (assuming there are no hernias or deep scar tissue that would prevent this)

The decision between a mini tummy tuck and a full really depends on your physical exam in evaluating how much extra skin you have as well as the separation in your muscles. A full tummy tuck will change the position of your belly button and will allow for more removal of the loose skin and striae (stretch marks) than would be possible with a mini. Hope this helps!

The first thing to remember is that no two breasts are alike, not from person to person and most of the time not from right to left. Some amount of asymmetry is normal.
