Yes, the two procedures are often combined together. Patients with jowl and neck skin laxity often have a loss of skin quality around the mouth as well. This can appear as a long or "horsey" upper lip. A lip lift done conservatively can significantly improve this. In addition, laser resurfacing with either the CO2 or Erbium laser can tighten and shorten the upper lip if your lip shape isn't ideal for a lift.

Starting with a small breast, I would recommend a shaped implant to get fullness and a natural appearance. This also allows us to fit the implant properly onto your petite frame. Don't listen to those who say there's no difference, they're either afraid to use the shaped implants, have less experience, or have selected the wrong patients to try. Thanks for our question. While more information and a full examination are needed, you appear to be a good candidate for upper lid surgery. You will still need your botox to both treat the crows feet and to keep things smooth after your procedure.
