I don’t see any reason why having hashimoto’s thyroiditis would cause a problem with EmSculpt or EmSculpt Neo treatments.
Can you advise on Emsella and interference with titanium screws?
I see no problem whatsoever.

Emsella uses electromagnetic radiation to stimulate muscle contraction in the pelvic floor. First of all it’s highly Unlikely that any appreciable energy will reach your jaw.
More importantly titanium it’s not affected by magnetic fields.
So on both accounts you’re fine.
Can EmSculpt Neo cause burns?
Yes it is possible.

Yes it is possible for the radio frequency to cause skin burns. It is pretty unlikely as the hand pieces have a temperature sensors in them which monitor the tissue and are effective in preventing it from happening. Treating over an area with scar tissue or an area that is numb increases the possibility of a burn.
Fortunately it’s unlikely for these burns to be severe and should heal like any burn in the unlikely event it should occur.
Is Emsculpt okay to be performed If I have a prosthetic knee? What if I have a metallic dental job
I don’t see and issue.

As long as there is no metal under the treatment area I do no reason why a prosthetic knee would be a contraindication to an Emsculpt treatment.

In order to preserve adipose you would want to make sure that fat underling the skin doesn’t heat up to 43 deg C.
The EmSculpt or NEO can do this as long as the Radio Frequency (the heating element in the NEO) is not turned on.
The EmSculpt NEO has a new software upgrade that offers a Gentle Setting that heats the muscle for maximizing the strength and tone but doesn’t heat the fat to cause significant fat reduction.
Does Emsculpt help with diastasis?
It should help but it wont close completely

EmSculpt has been shown to reduce a diastasis. It may improve it by 15-20%. It will improve your core strength and allow you to have a more productive core exercise program as well. This in turn will also help improve the diastasis over time.

I think you should do once per week for 4 weeks. I will often do include and extra “boost” treatment a month after the initial series then assess results at 2-3 months. I think this brings good results.
If you were looking for something to increasing tone you might consider doing another series or half series 1-2 months after the initial series but that’s just my opinion and there is no strong data behind the recommendation. Some providers offer a “medical gym” and allow patients monthly…
