Hello! No the Nexplanon implant typically has no effect on you being a candidate for arm liposuction. You will need to talk to surgeon beforehand and show them where the implant is so they can avoid that area during the procedure.

Hi there! Just so you know, even the skinniest of people can have this issue. It is often genetic. I perform submental liposuction under local anesthesia for this very often. I operate on patients who are “thin” to overweight, and you always see a result. The simple answer is YES! We can fix this with a breast augmentation. There are certain maneuvers that. an be done during the surgery that will help change the shape and distribute the tissue better. These include: putting the implant OVER the muscle, scoring the area of tissue of concern, and potentially a periareolar incision as opposed to IMF or transaxillary. After healing from any breast surgery, although it is important to continue to wear support going braless from time to time is no issue at all! Wear that cute top and show off your confidence, but remember to wear support when you can!
I think I have a small rupture. Should I just book for a replacement?

If your implants are saline (which I assume they are if they are over 800cc) then a rupture would be a full rupture and your breast would just deflate like a balloon. That may just be the edge of your implant that you are palpating, or it may have flipped. You should see a plastic or breast surgeon for an assessment.
