Hello and thanks for sending the picture. Breast augmentation alone with a moderate size implant will be lovely and no lift is needed. 400 cc sounds a little large for your slender build-- and I would recommend a 350-375 cc range. Good luck.

Hello. This is a great question-- and one that shows you are really thinking about things! The transaxillary incision is good to put implants in, but it is the next operation that is difficult through this incision. Hello. Thanks for sending the picture. The implants will seem firmer for the first few months, but it does look like the right side is higher too. The best thing to do is to follow the advice of your plastic surgeon since she knows your situation best. The pocket on the right might have been made a little differently than the left, and if the dissection was not as low, then the implant will ride higher. Hello! Revisions come in so many varieties and your type sounds complicated- with both capsulectomy and fold work... so I would say that the final result will not be until closer to 6 months. The best thing to do is follow the advice of your surgeon- she knows your anatomy, and what she did on the inside. Breast Wishes

Would implants alone give me a full breast appearance or make them look more saggy? Do I need a lift? (

Hello- thanks for the picture. It can be hard to decide the way to go when you have just a little sagging and also want larger breasts.... the implants alone can be an option... the problem with the lift is the scars on the breast. You should take your time to decide since once you have the lift and the scars you cannot go back. If I have a patient who is on the fence, sometimes we do the implants first and then if the patient decides she wants the lift, it can be done at a second stage...

8 days post TT with muscle repair. I sneezed! It feels looser on one side now. Did I compromise my TT?

Hello and thanks for submitting the photo. The cleavage can be tricky- are your implants under the muscle? If so, it would unusual for them to develop symmastia. I would follow the advice of your surgeon- she knows your anatomy and the type of surgery that was done -- I also have my patients use some type of cleave support if the implants are a little close or if the skin starts to tent.Good luck and "Breast Wishes"

Hello- thanks for submitting a picture- there is swelling above your belly button, but it is hard to say what it is from at this point-- it might be fluid on the inside or just that your skin/fat layer is more swollen than usual. I would give this a full 6 months to settle down and then evaluate it.

Hello- thanks for submitting the photo. I do see that your breasts are slightly different-- as is always the case-- no one has breasts that are identical twins! They do like like " sisters" though-- and very natural. To make them higher would require a lift with scars so you have to decide about that.Breast Wishes

Hi- you can relax- the T- zone is the tightest for the skin and often has a small amount of what we call delayed healing-- it will probably need a little more time than the rest, but will be fine. Hi- thanks for posting the pic. This looks normal-- just the edges are a little "iffy" and the very most top layer of skin will slough off like a blister, but the actual Nipple and most of the areola looks OK. HEllo. The size of the implants is based on the size of the patient and you DO need larger sized implants than a patient who is only 200#-- Sizers can help with this-- it can be a challenge to know just how big is possible !Good luck.
