Cure for pimples?
Acne
Jun 26, 2018
Wash your face daily with benzoyl peroxide face wash and see a physician to get topicsl antibiotics like clindamycin. If topical antibiotic does not cure it then you may need to be switched to oral antibiotics. There is a laser called Isolaz that is specially designed for enlarged pores and helps yo clear clogged pores and prevent new acne leisons. I hope it helps and good luck!

Is there any chance for me to get my hair back non surgically?
Hair loss
Jun 26, 2018
There is minoxidil foam that can cause hair regrowth and finasteride tablets to take orally but they do have some side effects and you will need to see a physician to get that prescribed and to see if you are an ideal candidate for that. You can try Platelet rich plasma therapy that can stimulate hair growth and prevent further hair loss but you need to get a proper consultation with a board certified physician to see if it may help you or not. I hope it helps and good luck!

What procedure should I do for large pores, uneven tone/texture, lack of elasticity? Already tried
Enlarged pores, acne and skin texture problems
Jun 26, 2018
You need a combination of few procedures to address the different problems in the skin that you are experiencing.
The first step should be to clear the pores and prevent further acne that eventually leads to acne scars and skin texture problems. Isolaz is a laser that can address enlarged pores and kills acne forming bacteria that sits deep in the skin. You may need 4-6 treatments every 2-4 weeks to achieve clear skin and reduction in pore size. Then you can start a regimen of…
What could be causing persisting jaw pain after Botox for TMJ?
Botox
Jun 12, 2018
Thanks for asking the question.
If the pain occured within few days after the injection it could be from bruising. You should follow up with your physician to have a proper examination to make sure there are no signs of infection.
Take care.

I am 46 and I have never had any procedures on my face. My cheeks are starting to sag in and drop.
Skin sagging
Jun 12, 2018
Thanks for sharing the picture and asking this question. Its very common to get sagging as a result of aging process due the effect of gravity and genetics. Although these changes are happening slowly over time we may notice these suddenly. We lose a certain amount of collagen each year as we get older. There are several ways to stimulate the collagen including microneedling with or without PRP or platelet rich plasma but it may take 3-4 treatments spaced 3-4 weeks apart to see…
What can be done above the horizontal line in between my eyes?
Fillers
Jun 8, 2018
If the line is not very deep it can be corrected with botox especially in younger patients. You can try botox first to see if it helps but if it does not go away completely then the other option is filler but fillers in this area have serious complications due to blood vessels in this area. Please see a board certified physician to avoid complications. Thanks for asking the question.

Will bruising from fillers under or around the eye be permanent?
Botox
Jun 8, 2018
The sensitive area around the eyes is very vascular and its very common to get some degree of brusing after procedures. It can take upto 1-2 weeks for the bruising to go away completely. If fillers are done with cannula technique the bruising is minimal. You can use homeopthic cream arnica and it will help to resolve it faster. Thanks for asking the question!
