I have no breast tissue due to a double mastectomy. I have tissue expanders that fill to 350cc. W
Tissue Expanders

Bra cup sizes are not standardized so this is a good question. But on an average a cup size is about 150- 200 cc. So a 350 cc could be in the range of a B cup size. This also depends on your height and weight.
Can I use my own tissue to make my left breast bigger? It’s smaller due to lumpectomy and radiati
breast reconstruction after lumpectomy and radiation
May 3, 2023
Fat transfer or Fat grafting is a great option to increase the size of your left breast and possibly both breasts. Fat grafting also helps soften radiated tissues. You may need few sessions to serially increase the volume of the breasts. There are few down sides of fat grafting but over all its a great option.
Should I be concerned about soreness, tenderness and swelling after exercise? Implants under musc
exercise and breast reconstruction
May 3, 2023
Its always good to exercise, but if you are noticing some new changes on the reconstructed breast especially after exercising ( using the Pec muscle) its best to get evaluated by your plastic surgeon as this may be due to a any of the few reasons like muscle spasm, new onset seroma , capsular contracture, ruptured implant to name a few. The treatment could be different based on the findings.
Failed tissue expanders – what are my options to achieve normal size breasts?
Tissue expander infection
May 3, 2023
Really sorry to hear that you lost the tissue expanders to infection. It can happen rarely. The options going forward would be consider abdominal tissue based reconstruction, or Latissimus dorsi flap based reconstruction, or potentially placing another tissue expander in a slightly different pocket. Like if your Initial reconstruction was over the muscle reconstruction. Now under the muscle reconstruction can be considered. The other things need to be considered before reconstruction are…
5’2, 115lbs, how many cc do I need to be there for C cup?
C Cup
May 3, 2023
Bra cup sizes are not standardized , so its very difficult to determine the exact cup size, but on an average a cup size is between 150 -200 cc, so a C cup could range between 450- 600 cc. The height and weight of a patient also make a big difference.
Can you please help me? 11 month old implants leaking white/green pus
Possible Infection
May 3, 2023
Based on what you mentioned , and the picture , this could be infection around the implant the best option is to discuss with you plastic surgeon. If there is infection the Implants may need to be removed. Once the infection is resolved the next step in reconstruction can be discussed.
