What is Xeomin best used for? Can it be used any where near of under the eye area?
Uses of Xeomin, including around the eye
Jul 9, 2017
Xeomin is used for the same indications and on the same areas as BOTOX and Dysport. That is, it is useful for treating wrinkles between the brows, on the forehead and around the eyes (Crow’s feet or smile lines). It is generally not indicated for the wrinkles that occur below the eyes, as those wrinkles are caused by the rising of the muscle over the cheek (and this muscle should not be injected). Xeomin may be injected along the lower lid margin (1-2 units) to give a…

Xeomin and fever
Jul 9, 2017
Hello. Xeomin itself would not be expected to cause fever. Fever is typically an indication of infection, so I would be sure to note whether there is any redness or swelling around the injection site(s). If so you should immediately contact your provider.
Does SculpSure help with saggy skin?
Sculpsure and Saggy Skiin
Jul 9, 2017
Although Sculpsure is primarily a treatment for localized fat reductions, we do see improvement in skin firmness as well. The key is whether your skin has the ability to create new collagen after the stimulation of heat and inflammation from the Sculpsure procedure. This ability is quite variable from person to person, so your actual results may be better or worse than the next patient.

Sculpsure post-treatment issues
Jul 9, 2017
I understand your concerns regarding your treatment results. Quite possibly you are having prolonged reactive swelling, that should be expected to resolve over the next few weeks. Given your petite body habitus, this swelling may be magnified in the short-term. Additionally, I would expect skin laxity to resolve as well over the next few weeks, as your skin creates new collagen. I think if you compare before and after photos in a few weeks, you will be happy with the…
Is it possible to have long-term or permanent facial changes (like ptosis, drooping, asymmetry, etc.) f
The key word is temporary
Jun 11, 2017
Your concern is valid but let me assure you that adverse effects from BOTOX and Dysport are temporary (meaning 3-4 months, which I realize can seem like forever). The key to minimizing/avoiding the chance for ptosis or asymmetry is to find a physician who has extensive experience in the procedure and knows the anatomy of the facial muscles. With correct injection technique these problems are extremely rare.
