You do not have to wait until you get to your goal to see good results with SculpSure. SculpSure permanently destroys fat cells so having the procedure now should help improve your appearance now and you will look even better as you lose more weight.

$3600 for 2 treatments (5 paddles each treatment (?) for at total of 10) is on the higher side of average but can vary by location. If you meant 10 paddles per treatment x 2 treatments (20 paddles total) then $3600 is an excellent price.
As far as who performs the procedure, SculpSure is a very safe procedure. A properly trained esthetician can perform SculpSure safely and effectively.

SculpSure offers several advantages over CoolSculpting. Treatment time with SculpSure is about half that of CoolSculpting. There is no down time so you can resume normal activity right after your treatment. You can have it done on your lunch hour and then go back to work. There is no skin or nerve damage with SculpSure. Be sure to do your research before deciding but I believe SculpSure is a better option.

Since you have already tried liposuction and CoolSculpting you might want to try SculpSure. SculpSure is a completely different noninvasive technology than CoolSculpting so you may see different results.

The placement of the applicators is at the discretion of the practitioner based on each individuals body type. Horizontal placement of the applicators will produce the same results as vertical placement assuming the applicators were placed over the proper area.

You may see some results with just one treatment but no one can say for sure. The results are clearly better with two treatments. If you are going to do SculpSure you should really plan on doing two treatments however two treatments are not a requirement.
